We are trying to reduce the use of paper as much as possible in line with Decision 5 Annex 2: All official documents, including the Final Acts, can be downloaded
here. The schedule of meetings may be found on the PP-22 website. The calendar of all social events will be posted on the website and on electronic screens at the Conference. The default setting of all printers in the venue is double-sided.
Printing is strongly discouraged. Campaign brochures can be sent to
ppelections@itu.int in order to be posted on the PP-22 website. If printing is unavoidable, use only recycled paper and print double-sided. Consider eliminating the use of paper business cards. Many smartphone apps support sharing digital business cards that are automatically updated in case of changes, or scanning and storing personal information received from others.
